While eating our way through India, we couldn’t get enough of palak paneer, a vegetarian curry with creamy, fresh cheese (paneer). Every roadside dhaba (a homestyle eatery) has its own take, so we pored over every detail on our own PC® Palak Paneer Entrée pursuit. We chose a firmer paneer that keeps its texture while soaking up our rich, spiced spinach curry. Still, it needed a little oomph: warm spices, including whole cumin seeds and the tangy pop of whole mustard seeds, transform our fragrant basmati rice into pure comfort in a bowl.
