There are approximately 7–9 green beans per 25g. Green (or string/snap) beans are long and slender green pods with small edible seeds inside. They are crisp and snap apart when bent. Green beans are easy to prepare and make an excellent side dish. Simply steam or boil the beans until tender-crisp and then toss with light vinaigrette.
