We put the oooh in umami! Meet the burger that’s begging for a bite. It’s made with succulent, incredibly marbled wagyu beef. But in true Black Label style, we didn’t stop there. We loaded it up with a mouth-watering umami flavour bomb of seasonings and spices. Shiitake mushroom powder and Parmesan cheese feature for extra flavour, skyrocketing its lip-smacking savouriness and tapping into that elusive fifth taste. We think it’s so succulent, you can pass on the toppings. It does, however, pair perfectly with one of our pillowy soft PC® Brioche Buns.
